The HR Transformation and Predictive Analytics Program Lead for North America Talent Acquisition is responsible for integrating our technology solutions and developing predictive reporting capabilities for our business areas.
Develops and delivers HireVue, Candidate Hub, Robotics and Digital Assistant capabilities within the North America Recruiting Transformation program
Product management for various technology projects including BoldChat, Amelia, HireRight, HireVue Coordinate and NA Recruiting mobile application
Leverages Digital and data analysis skillset to stand up predictive reporting infrastructure
Manages technology teams that will be leveraged as part of Recruitment, Employee Services and Field HR implementations.
Minimum 5 years' in program or project management experience
Minimum 5 years' of data analytics and reporting experience
Minimum 5 years' of business analyst experience ( i.e. requirements gathering and implementation skills, release management)
