Job Title: HR Clerk

Location: Mayfield Hts., OH

Shift: 1st Shift (Monday-Friday)

Pay Rate: $12.00/hour

POSITION SUMMARY :

Performs routine but varied clerical duties in accordance with standard procedures under direct supervision. Duties and tasks are standardized. Resolves routine questions, problems and refers more complex issues to higher levels.

  • Sort file miscellaneous material

  • Create new personnel files

  • File integrity

  • Term/transfer/purge files

Requirement:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Detail Oriented

  • Process Oriented

  • High Level of motivation

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

  • Good communication skills

  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, etc.) ?

Work or educational experience must include:

  • Customer service, sales and/or influencing others

  • Fast paced and changing environment

  • Multitasking and time management skills
