What does a Service Manager do?

  • Leads and motivates service staff to provide quality service

  • Works in the field to improve technician’s service quality and training

  • Visits with customers for quality assurance

  • Leads training meetings

  • Monitors regulatory compliance

  • Monitors scheduling and routing to create an efficient and productive service team.
