WABTEC Customer Service Representative in Wytheville, Virginia


Wabtec is seeking a Customer Service Rep in Wytheville, VA.


• Main point of contact for customer accounts; develops relationship through continuous communication• Create & provide CS reports related to key customers• Drives actions from BU’s to ensure customer satisfaction• Expedite orders• Works with engineering to communicate technical information to the customer• Analyzes reports/sales & proposes new business opportunities• Works closely with BA with regards to related key accountso Follow up itemso Rebates, quotes & agreements• Quoting as applicable• Enter QER’s• Entering orders as applicable• Participate in CS Team Meetings• Ability to travel 15%o Meet with key accounts at customer siteso Meet with BU’s at BU locations• Works with CS for a response to large Open Order or Late Delivery reports• Works with BU’s to be proactively preparing for consistently late material• RMA’s; work with quality team to get feedback for customer• Price book maintenance• Identifies process improvements and communicates to their supervisor• Help with product identification, etc.• Contacts BU specialist when unsure of products• Update customer portals• Responsible for answering 800 #• General customer inquiries, including but not limited to BOM, packing slips, invoice slips, proof of delivery, etc.
