One of our clients located in Independence, OH is looking to add an Operations Manager to their team immediately on a direct hire basis. This employee would be responsible for overseeing several departments in the company including the Call Center Department, Human Resources Department, and Payroll Department. It is this employee's responsibility to ensure internal infrastructure success! This is a growing service company where customer service is their main priority. Having excellent customer service skills is a must. Also, having at least 4+ years of experience managing a Payroll and Human Resource department is a requirement. This is a fast-paced environment where it is important for this employee to be a quick decision maker, and have a "get it done" mindset. This candidate has the flexibility to bring new ideas to the table and build up a business plan of their own. It is preferred that this candidate has a Bachelor's Degree.
