Workday Compensation Specialist (H&PS) will focus on Workday delivery to Health and Public Service clients. This role will drive the Compensation workstream, completing activities in design, configuration, testing and deployment of Workday Foundational Compensation and Advanced Compensation solutions.
Job Description :
A professional at the Consultant or Manager level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Work in a team environment thatincludes client interactions, workstream management, and cross-teamcollaboration; may have supervisory responsibilities
Accountable for functionalworkstream and/or project activities assigned by team lead or supervisor
Interaction with allworkstreams including technical, reports, conversion, change managementand project management
Adapt existing methods, toolsand procedures to create solutions to deliver on client needs
Analyze business requirementsto determine configuration solutions; documentation of requirements,solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions
* Candidates must be willing to travel on Monday - Thursday basis
Basic Qualifications :
Workday HCM and Workday Compensation Certification required; Workday Advanced Compensation preferred
Minimum 2 years hands experience with Workday and at least 1 year or full implementation of Workday Compensation and/or Advanced Compensation
Proficiency in multiple Compensation functional areas:
Job Catalog design
Compensation plan design
Compensation in Higher Education (Academic Deferred Pay, Pay per Course/Activity Pay)
Minimum of 2 years of requirements gathering, system design, process mapping, testing and deployment of Workday solutions
Minimum of 2 years prior consulting experience
Professional Skill Requirements :
Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Desire to work in an HR information systems (HRIS) environment
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
