ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Develops solutions to enhance the capabilities and efficiency of the Client Interaction Marketing team
Leverages knowledge of database marketing tools and principles to develop methods for process automation, process governance, and capabilities improvements.
Partners with Operations Manager, and internal partners on the CIM Strategy team, the CIM Implementation team and the Genpact Execution team, DCIM, and external business partners -- including Key's technology teams -- on assigned projects to design and implement new procedures and to streamline complicated processes.
CIM's process is increasingly more efficient, and processes are streamlined and effective.
Execution team can absorb additional campaigns without frequent additions of resources.
Provides solutions for accessing data on diverse platforms, and enables campaign tool to access those datasources.
Partners with technology and DCIM team members to learn how to access new datasources, configure
Campaign tool to map to those sources, and utlize the new data in campaign flowcharts.
Works with Marketing Consultant to implement or supervise implementation of these improvements and changes.
Campaign offers can be deployed for new lines of business, or existing lines of business with new data requirements.
Provides assistance to Operations Manager on quarterly audits of CIM processes
Following procedures written for GRC quarterly audits, will perform the analysis and help determine whether controls that are in place are effective.
GRC quarterly audits are completed easier and in fewer days Assists with testing of application upgrades and enterprise projects that impact CIM.
Performs tests using Campaign to ensure upgrades are working as planned, large projects are working as promised, and any changes do not negatively impact CIM. CIM is not negatively impacted by changes and deliverables can be sent out as planned.
Assists as back-up to CRE (RTO) expert. Training and shadowing of CRE expert; starting with small tasks in Interact. CRE SME finally has a back-up, risk is reduced, and work can be shared amongst 2 or 3 resources.
Become skilled in use of IBM Campaign Cross-training by Operations Manager and onshore team Ability to recognize flowcharts or processes that can be streamlined, simplified, or updated with features or functionality that are best practices.

Understanding of relational database design and ability to use SQL tools to mine data
Ability to use campaign management tools
Bachelor’s degree in IT or MIS, or a closely related field and at least 5 years experience working with relational database marketing tools
