Robert Half Finance & Accounting Regulatory Reporting Analyst/Manager in CLEVELAND, Ohio
A leading downtown Distributor is looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst! The main responsibilities will include
Prepare footnotes other supporting schedules for the Company's 10-Q and 10-K filings, and ensure adequate disclosures are made in accordance with US GAAP.
Prepare monthly schedules and analysis for internal reporting, including analysis of the impact of changes in foreign currency exchange rates.
Responsible for preparing the quarterly review of potential impairment indicators for long-lived assets, consisting of long-lived intangible assets and fixed assets.
Assist with the coordination of the annual goodwill impairment analysis, including generating balance sheets by reporting units, assembling reporting unit projections, and working with outside experts.
