Regional Sales Manager

As the Sales Manager you will:

 Represent the organization and develop business in your assigned territory

 Address corporate goals by increasing market shares and meeting or exceeding budget targets

 Identify sales opportunities with prospective and existing clients

 Develop new leads within the industry and support marketing efforts

 Provide feedback to corporate personnel and align goals with regional needs

 Increase customer awareness of product potentials and industrial applications

 Participate in team meetings in Maryland and supervise projects

The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess a degree in Business, Sales, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience

  • Have a minimum of 5 years of direct sales or business development experience

  • Have experience in an industrial manufacturing environment

  • Have a familiarity with automotive, medical/pharmaceutical, packaging and electronics industry needs

  • Have exceptional communication and presentation skills

  • Be customer-centric and invested in your client's evolving needs

  • Be familiar with the extrusion process

  • Be able to successfully self-manage with integrity and have a strong work ethic

  • Have a mechanical aptitude and general understanding of mechanical design

  • Have a working knowledge of an ERP system

  • Be proficient in MS Office suite and customer management software

This position offers:

 Starting base salary of $60,000/year with commissioned earning potential up to $200,000/yr
