Role Summary/Purpose:

FieldCore (FC) is seeking an experienced field operations focused individual to join its Global Field Operations team. The Productivity Programs Specialist will own a number of field services projects in which he/she will be responsible for industrializing

and implementing productivity solutions, drive simplification, data quality, and track KPI’s across multiple field service pillars such as tooling, outage management and field force automation.

Essential Functions:

  • Own industrialization projects for productivity programs into from GE to FC handoff to region fulfillment and execution team

  • Define and assemble project team to complete program industrialization

  • Create and execute plan to implement permanent operational change required for solution to deliver productivity

  • Create and perform global training pertaining to projects as needed

  • Define KPI & collaborate with FS Performance Team to monitor region performance post implementation

  • Own program industrialization process step completion

  • Implement a program operating rhythm to review the status and provide communications and escalations needed to management

  • Collaborate across Global Operations pillars, Engineering, IT, Multi Year Agreements and Integration as required

  • Qualifications/Requirements

  • 6+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge

  • 3+ years of specialized/industry experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science

  • Experience in power generation or technical industry can be substituted for degree and/or project management experience

  • Excel skills

  • Demonstrated success leading Productivity or Project Management projects

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, program management and process skills

  • Self-starter able to drive results with creativity and simplicity

Desired Characteristics

  • Knowledge of PS systems and applications

  • Knowledge of PS outage planning & execution processes

  • Basic comprehension of Tableau

  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and verbal & written communication skills

  • Dynamic, team player with demonstrated ability to influence regional stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment
