Business and SystemsIntegration professionals analyze, design and/or develop best practice business changes through technology solutions.

Job Description :

Industry Applications-PRD professionals design, implement and deploy packaged software solutions that have been developed to accommodate unique PRODUCTS industry business and management processes, regulatory requirements and other business needs.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

  • Adapts existing methods andprocedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complexproblems.

  • Understands the strategicdirection set by senior management as it relates to team goals.

  • Uses considerable judgment todetermine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.

  • Primary upward interaction is withdirect supervisor.

  • May interact with peers and/ormanagement levels at a client and/or within Accenture.

  • Determines methods andprocedures on new assignments with guidance. Decisions often impact theteam in which they reside.

  • Manages small teams and/or workefforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or withinAccenture.


Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 3years ofLawson SCM or HCM (various modules) experience

  • Minimum 1 recent Lawson SCM orHCM implementation (full-life cycle to include: requirements gathering,business process design, testing, go-live, production support)

  • Experience supporting Healthrelated clients/industry

  • Bachelors Degree
