The job of a Credit Specialist is to lend credit processing support to company owned and dealer retail establishments in a call center environment.
This position is responsible for the in-depth investigation and evaluation of all applicants not meeting point of sale credit approval criteria. The individual in this position must have strong communication skills and pay attention to detail. Must have the ability to multi-task, work independently, and have problem solving abilities.
Must be available to work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 2:30pm -11:00pm. A weekend rotation is required; 3 Saturdays and 1 Sunday per month. Holidays are included in the schedule.
High School diploma or equivalent
Keyboarding ability - 38 wpm. Prior credit and/or customer service related experience.
