Schedule: Monday-Friday 3:45pm - 12:15am
Responsible for molding machine operations including: material switch overs, mold teardowns, molding production. New, air-conditioned building, where employees work in a seated position in a clean and sterile environment!
Duties and Responsibilities: This list is not comprehensive but meant to represent the most common or important duties of the position. Other duties are required and/or assigned
Manually switch over materials used on machinery
Manually tear down machines for cleaning and maintenance/repair
Manually remove molded components from injection molding machine
Inspect parts and preform secondary operations while the machine is cycling
Complete paperwork accurately and legibly
Cross-functional training required
Must be willing to train and go to classes to learn machine operation, maintenance and repair
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications: Associates Degree or higher
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to apply concepts of basic math.
Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Good eye-hand coordination, ability to handle repetitive tasks.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Ability to establish priorities, work independently with minimal supervision, and facilitate teamwork. Equipment Used: Injection Molding Machines (heavy machinery) Special/ Additional Requirements: Persons in this position may be required to pass a drug, alcohol, and/or criminal background check.
