Schedule: Monday-Friday 3:45pm - 12:15am

Position Summary:

Responsible for molding machine operations including: material switch overs, mold teardowns, molding production. New, air-conditioned building, where employees work in a seated position in a clean and sterile environment!

Duties and Responsibilities: This list is not comprehensive but meant to represent the most common or important duties of the position. Other duties are required and/or assigned

  • Manually switch over materials used on machinery

  • Manually tear down machines for cleaning and maintenance/repair

  • Manually remove molded components from injection molding machine

  • Inspect parts and preform secondary operations while the machine is cycling

  • Complete paperwork accurately and legibly

  • Cross-functional training required

  • Must be willing to train and go to classes to learn machine operation, maintenance and repair

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Experience:

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications: Associates Degree or higher

Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to apply concepts of basic math.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Good eye-hand coordination, ability to handle repetitive tasks.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Ability to establish priorities, work independently with minimal supervision, and facilitate teamwork. Equipment Used: Injection Molding Machines (heavy machinery) Special/ Additional Requirements: Persons in this position may be required to pass a drug, alcohol, and/or criminal background check.
